I find that the balance and mindfulness from yoga seamlessly complement my love for fitness. When I’m not stretching or lifting weights, you’ll usually find me on my bike. Art is another significant part of my life. I love spending time with my paints and brushes, letting my imagination flow onto the canvas. Painting allows me to capture and express my feelings and experiences in a way that words often can't.
